GEP is not a fee-based Job placement agency. Corporate partners pay the intern for the internship period. There is no cost associated if your company decides to hire or not hire the intern at the end of their internships.

Volunteering Categories
- Career Coach or Mentor to guide our participants in designing a winning career path, practice networking, prepare for interviews, research industry-specific information, and provide ongoing job search. Some of the areas we need career coaches are in Salesforce, AWS, Google Cloud, clinical trials monitoring and many more
- Industry or Field Expert Volunteers to connect our participants to opportunities in your industry by sharing resources, pathways, and skills needed.
- Connection Builders Volunteers to connect and build vital relationships with potential employers. You will collaborate with GEP to secure internship or employment opportunities with your company or network to link talented candidates into the international or U.S workforce.
- Social Media Support Volunteers willing to share GEP posts on their personal social media networks and provide other help for our communications and marketing efforts.
- Fundraising Support Volunteers to make warm introductions to individuals or foundations interested in our work
- IT Volunteers to build, customize and integrate our Donor, Volunteer, and partnership Relationship Management system for a seamless experience to all our stakeholders.
