GEP does not directly provide training in these areas, but we work with many partners to ensure our job seekers have free access to vital resources.
Because this program is intended for graduates, a certified university Degree is required to enable us accelerate the application process, as we remain true to all stakeholders.
While the training stipend you will earn won’t cover all your expenses it will help offset some of your basic expenses. If you are worried about your income, our welfare staff can help you develop a plan that will enable your success at GEP Job Training and ensure you can have it settled, and help you find a solution, on a case-by-case basis. We will work with other community organizations when needed, to ensure this isn’t a barrier to your success.
Yes! You will have the ability to earn an educational stipend during the entire program, and the stipend increases during your internship. The stipend won’t be like a full-time pay, but it can help offset some of your basic expenses like:
- Transportation
- Housing
- Food
- Professional attire
- Books & school supplies
- Emergency hardship
The training stipend can be earned throughout the entire program, and increases during the internship phase. The stipend functions as supportive and an accountability tool and helps reinforce professional behaviors expected in a corporate environment, and can vary based on that. students receive payment every two weeks via EFT or direct deposit.
Yes, every candidate receives a laptop upon acceptance, free stable internet can only be accessed at GEP Premises.
Yes, GEP supports graduates to create their own jobs by becoming independent contractors on international platforms like Fivver, Upwork or 99 designs. We also empower you through your entrepreneurship journey

Yes, GEP USA upholds a business attire dress code, which we define in detail during orientation.
GEP sets high expectations for attendance. We expect you to arrive on time each day. Late arrivals or additional absence beyond those allowed will have an impact on your performance in program, which we discuss, in detail, during orientation so that you know exactly what to expect.
Our training a variety of courses like IT, software development, Sales, Project Management, Business Analysis, Customer service, Data Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Custom Services. It all depends who want to become. Encourage to discuss your career path with your career coach.
Everyone learns the same essential skills to start. Then, based on your interest, and with the help of the career coach, you will be placed into a career path that’s a best fit.
GEP is not a placement agency, and we do not guarantee job placement. We are here to prepare you to conduct your own successful job search with our support. We have a dedicated team that is committed to helping you get a job. Your success in finding a job will depend on your motivation, determination and coachability. After you complete the program, you will have new tools: A professional resume and cover letter, connections to professionals in your field, and improved interview and networking skills.
Salaries vary, your job coach will help when times comes for salary negotiation before interviews.
