Preparing Graduates for Work.
GEP Graduate
Program
We live in abundant world, where there is something for somebody. Each person needs a connector or an eye opener to see and access the wonderful opportunities in the world. If it’s not GEP USA to connect the unemployed Ugandan graduates to the Global Market, then who?
At least 9 in every 10 Ugandans who have graduated are experiencing unemployment. According to Uganda National Planning Authority (NPA) statistics released in 2021, 700,000 people join the job market every year with different qualifications but only 90,000 get something to do. Evidence shows that the unemployed graduates in Uganda like many other developing countries are held back by skills gap.
Gedion Education Program (GEP-USA) has developed a Graduate Re-Tooling Program to help graduate students in Uganda to Reskill/Upskill in high demand global industry so they are in position to create or compete for and secure high paying jobs in today’s workforce globally.
